Is your heart broken? Have you experience death, either recent or long ago?  Have you went through a divorce or a breakup and received no closure?  Have you experienced a loss in your career or any illness that has caused you to lose a sense of self? It may have been caused by any of the more than forty other loses a person can encounter during a lifetime.  Regardless of the cause of your broken heart,you know how you feel, and it probably isn't good. We are not going to tell you how to feel or that "We know how you feel," because we don't.  Only God knows.  At best, we remember how we felt when our losses occurred. Even though you've endured painful circumstances in your life, our goal is to provide you with the tools needed to meet the changes of life.
